Our Mission 

 The Crotched Mountain Race Club (CMRC) is a volunteer run 501(c)3 non-profit organization ((EIN) is 83-0466654) dedicated to the support and enhancement of the Crotched Mountain alpine ski racing program.  We promote the love of skiing in an environment focused on positive competitive attitudes, friendship, athleticism, and the spirit of teamwork.  CMRC advocates for the youth race program, coordinates parent volunteers, provides organizational and administrative support, maintains communication between the race program families, coaches and Crotched Mountain, and contributes financially in ways that enhance the race program for our athletes.   

Our Organization 

 The Board of Directors meets monthly to keep the club running.  The board is made up of up to 10 volunteers (currently 8) from the Crotched Mountain Alpine Racing family. The board meets roughly monthly and has an annual general meeting in the fall. The annual general meeting provides a quick review of the past year and gives families an opportunity to interact with the Board to help to chart our future as a club.  The board also has a number of committees that report at each board meeting. Current committees include:

- Finance Committee 

- Communication Committee 

- Infrastructure Committee 

- Fundraising Committee 

- Apparel Committee 

Our fiscal year runs from July through June. 

This year, we raised funds to purchase a display clock with the Crotched Mountain Freestyle team, and we are looking to raise more funds to continue to support the team through sponsorships, raffles and other community events. Because CMRC is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. CMRC's Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN) is 83-0466654. 

We highly encourage members of the Crotched Mountain Race Club family to consider serving on a an existing BOD committee. If you don't see a committee that you think we should have, bring it to us and we will figure out how to get it started. You're involvement will have great impact on the club and your young athlete's ski racing experience!   The following list of current board members.
