Our Mission

CMRC Mission The Crotched Mountain Race Club (CMRC) is a volunteer run 501(c)3 non-profit organization (Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN) is 83-0466654) dedicated to the support and enhancement of the Crotched Mountain alpine ski racing program.  We promote the love of skiing in an environment focused on positive competitive attitudes, friendship, athleticism, and the spirit of teamwork.  CMRC advocates for the youth race program, coordinates parent volunteers, provides organizational and administrative support, maintains communication between the race program families, coaches and Crotched Mountain, and contributes financially in ways that enhance the race program for our athletes.

Our Programs

Racing Programs (U8 - U19)

Race Programs are full day competitive race training programs, using guidelines from the United States Ski Association [USSA], to facilitate long-term athlete development.  Includes gate training according to the age/competition level.  Programs run from early December to the end of March.  Membership with New Hampshire Alpine Racing Association [NHARA] and United States Ski Association [USSA] is required for U-10 thru U-19 athletes.  Athletes in U-8 require only USSA registration.

There is a parent race worker commitment. Younger athletes or those not yet ready for a full race program can participate on one of the developmental programs.

For more information on each of the programs, learn more about our coaches, please review our Team Pages.
